Hi Planners :-)

As you mentioned that you decide in your planning call wether there is a 
survey for the week or not, please ping me at/during the meeting and I 
can create the survey really quickly.

That said, attached (and [here, if you’re using the online 
version](https://app.textexpander.com/public/40814f5f7c8ae2549f6d637e442ac51d)) 
are my TextExpander snippets and I’m happy to hand it over to one/some 
you.

Alternatively I’m happy to keep creating the surveys every week as it 
only takes about two minutes for me.
