Hello UnDoc Team,
Norah and I would like to have a meeting on the following topics:
- Current work progress
- UnDoc Tracking spreadsheet
- Thorough Review process feedback
- Training on editing and commenting in Google Docs
We hope to get through everything in about 30-45 minutes.
*We would like to have this meeting using the remaining time following the
EOWG meeting agenda topics this Friday, 24 August.* I am going to try and
keep the EO meeting to no longer than 1 hour and 15 minutes so that we will
have a solid 45 minutes of the normal EOWG time to meet. That way we will
not have to call a separate meeting for this purpose.
It is important that everyone participate in this meeting so that we can
stay on track, hear from you of issues in reviewing, and give some quick
demo / explanation of using google docs the way we are trying to use them.
In just a moment I will be sending out the Friday meeting agenda. You will
see at the end of the agenda there is a section for our small team meeting.
