Hi Carsten,

Thank you for the effort you have put into this group!

I think we have to ask the serious question if we should continue with the 
group.
I do feel there is still a good reason to have a group like this, although 
more active then it is now.

I'm looking forward to hear opinions of the group.

Dear community group,

my research focus has shifted away from emergency management for a while, 
and on top of that, I will also be moving on to a new position soon. For 
those reasons, I'm stepping down as co-chair of this community group. I'm 
sure the group is in very good hands with Bart and Tomi as the remaining 
two chairs.
