No eGov meeting today

Hi all--

In case you did not see the earlier cancellation or change on the wiki site, there will be no W3C eGov Interest Group meeting today.

I apologize for the cancellation, but in confirming the speakers and upcoming panels for impact and transparency, no one was available to speak today.  Tomasz and I will be posting the future topics and speakers onto the wiki at http://www.w3.org/egov/wiki/Main_Page#Upcoming_Meetings

I'll also be posting a draft charter for the new "community group" version of our group in the next week for your comments and suggestions.  This new group structure from the W3C will provide the essential collaboration and elements of our current interest group, and preserve the ability for participation by both members and non-members of the W3C.
