CHECK THE TIME (was Re: W3C eGov 29 October 2012 meeting Agenda, 9:00-10:30 London time)

Agh!

I just realised that this meeting is going to fall royally foul of the 
fact that Europe changes its clocks this weekend but the US doesn't. And 
Zakim bookings are based on US time.

So... please do check the time on the world clock [1]. If you're in 
Europe, it's an hour *earlier* than normal, i.e. 08:00 UK, 09:00 CET etc.

I will be travelling at the time of the call and may not be able to join 
at all. I will if I can but I may not be able to make much of a 
contribution this time I'm afraid.
