Re: Open Source Open Data Platform (OGPL) Welcome and Webinars today and tomorrow

Jeanne,
I'm just a citizen bystander and lurker on this list with an interest
in open information,
but can i ask if there has been much collaboration as yet with the
private financial community or federal economic departments regarding
the use or adoption of this standard? Older standards like the fix
protocol or xbrl are incorporated or a thing of the past?
I had heard previously of the ofdg (open data financial group) which i
believe was also begun by the new(er) regulation of banking following
the 2008 crisis, but that didn't seem to go too far.
Just wondering, very interesting though.
