Aggregate weather data is not aggregate weather forecasts :o)  I have no problem with archived history, just with archived guesswork.

Gannon wrote  humans are only ca. 16 hour a day machines, wavelengths, not individual "frequencies".   If you are looking at small communities, you can match wavelength to wavelength and Policy is given by the "Industrial Day".  Looking at interference patterns is what the Commercial World does.

not sure if I interpret what you write correctly, but I may find it interesting to look at aggregate weather data to search for patterns  and correlations

I would no consider any data throwaway
(only data tha is not properly represented/structured)
