Thanks for the opportunity to participate, I am not on a phone like at the
mo, and joined the IRC
 will provide any comments/inputs there.
 I wonder, to listen to the voice conversation using VOIP
do I send an email to zakim as you indicate below with conference code,
then I will be able to listen? or how does that work?

Never used the W3C VOIP sys before
