I don't think so, I've been pretty sick all week.  Finalizing sounds
good, in the "last call" sense, meaning: the people doing the work are
okay with it.  We'll need to figure out what level of additional review
and endorsement is necessary before proceeding to something
public/official.  Let me know when the group thinks it has something
it's comfortable publishing.
