I think it would be a good idea to register for the street market - I have done this also for an open data project of http://www.reegle.info - that 
goes public next Monday - on clean energy - to reach lots of people there..... 

The event is not strictly programmed as a usual conference is - I do think there are also lots of possibilities to talk directly to people on site... 

Furthermore try to get into a session track - best way would be to contact OKFN people if there are any open questions...

In Scotland several of us in the past year have been working Open Data Gov Initiatives, and producing varous resources and deliverables which seem to coincide with the central government and EU funded research agenda. 



We are now gathering all the materials to provide an overview of our activities at the OGC in London next week but cannot see the agenda!
