[dcat] No teleconference this week

Just a heads-up that the next dcat teleconference will be *next* week,  
on May 27th.

We're still waiting for feedback on the Use Cases and Requirements [1]  
from a number of parties.

Meanwhile, the Vocabulary Reference (work in progress at [2]) is  
progressing nicely, but it still needs some work before it's worth  
discussing it in detail.
