Thanks Leigh, that was very helpful. Can you speak to what was
involved in getting data out of its native format (csv, pdf, etc) and
into the rdf? I guess I'm curious to know a bit more details about
what data is behind the sparql endpoint at services.data.gov.uk and
how it got there.
