Hi all

I've gone through and added a "This is a user page" notice to all
existing user pages (ie: those with content) as these pages can show up
in search results on the Web.

When you create your user page - place {{user_page}} in the first line
before any other content to have this inserted:
http://www.w3.org/egov/wiki/Template:User_page . Chairs/Editing TF -
feel free (of course) to edit the content of the template if needs be to
reflect legal/official wording :) In the nature of all things wiki, it
was easier to ask forgiveness than permission.

Cheers
