FYI, our current charter has been extended until end of September as
requested.

> ...
> The eGovernment Interest Group charter [1] is hereby extended until
> 30 September 2009.
>
> The Group has just published its primary deliverable; an Interest
> Group Note on Improving Access to Government through Better Use
> of the Web [2]. The Group has also met its other success criterion
> to form a community bringing together various perspectives on
> eGovernment and the Web.
>
> The eGovernment IG has asked for additional time following the
> publication of this Group Note to prepare a draft charter for
> subsequent eGovernment work in W3C. The Group hopes to deliver
> this draft in June. The Interest Group charter is being extended
> to maintain the community that has formed and provide a forum for
> possible updates to the newly published Group Note while an
> anticipated new charter proposal is under review.
