One more note.

The template for use cases is a wiki template and instructions on how
to use it are at:
   http://www.w3.org/2007/eGov/IG/wiki/Use_Case_Template

I was not expecting a .doc document uploaded. Sorry if the
instructions are not clear enough.

I wikified it in a couple minutes at:
   http://www.w3.org/2007/eGov/IG/wiki/Use_Case_9_-_Common_Service_Model

I'm planning on adding more fields to the template, eg. "author". If
anybody thinks there are more missing fields there, please let me know
asap.

I want to take this opportunity to remind again those of you with
pending actions, specially about submitting uses cases, that we need
them as soon as possible. The more we can get before 20 Dec, the
better the draft Note will be.
