Re: [dxwg] Attribution does not cover most MARC relators and other roles (#1521)

PROV is a very high level model. It recognises the following upper classes
- Entity (Thing, Endurant, Continuant)
- Activity (Process, Perdurant, Occurrent)
- Agent (a special kind of Entity)

These have the following standard relationships between them
- Attribution - between Entity-Agent
- Association - between Activity-Agent
- Generation - from Entity-Activity
- Use - from Activity-Entity

That's essentially it. THere are some elaborations, mostly involving association classes, but those terms are intended to encompass all the potential detailed relationships involving those classes. In particular, `prov:Attribution` should _not_ be understood as equivalent to h-index attribution (etc), which is only a sub-set. `prov:Attribution` is scoped to PROV.
