There are [updated definitions](https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/conneg-by-ap/#definitions) for functional profile etc. available that should solve this issue. In the current ED, the definition for "functional specification" is missing; that has been addressed in #1097 but that one cannot be merged until they wake up again in Australia... There is a [preview available](https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/larsgsvensson-functional-specification/conneg-by-ap/index.html#definitions). PROPOSED: Accept the [definitions in the current ED](https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/conneg-by-ap/#definitions) amended by the [one added in #1097](https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/larsgsvensson-functional-specification/conneg-by-ap/index.html#definitions) as a solution for this issue.
