nicholascar has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg:

Following my preference in https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/573#issuecomment-532172112, I've renamed `Resource Descriptor` to `Profile Resource` throughout PROF. 

I've also harmonised "Full Constraints" & "Constraints" to just "Constraints". I know Roles aren't settled but this was just to align things as there were needless differences: we can debate the Roles later.
