RE: DCAT Implementation in Qri?

I am wondering if this is relevant for our work. It looks like a small group of people who are trying to design a method for sharing datasets that looks interesting but seems to be very far from a practical proposition. I can’t find any information whether there are datasets that follow the proposed approach.

Does anyone have any insight or knowledge about Qri? 

DCAT is mentioned as being the inspiration for its ‘descriptive metadata’.

But it is framed explicitly as only for ‘human readable’ consumption – not machine to machine.
