@kcoyle - missed your last comment as i was replying - I do accept your logic about a more general case, so we need to be explicit that the case you put forward is supported. I dont want to throw out the DCAT compatibility however, as we have at least one motivating Use Case to answer for. Hopefully the suggestion above allows us to have our cake an eat it too.
