@rob-metalinkage Could you make a proposal at this point based on what we've discussed here? Then we can put it to a vote. You could do this in steps - first proposing a separation of roles and resources/artifacts, and if that gets positive responses then going more into how it could be done. On the other hand, if you have a clear idea of how to do this you can offer a single-step redesign.
