I'm thinking from a linked data point of view:
1. what do you get when you dereference the dataset URI?
- I suppose it is a description of the dataset, structured as a `dcat:Dataset` RDF graph
2. does this `dcat:Dataset` have the same URI if it is listed in different catalogs?
