Right now there are many issues remaining from the gathering of use cases and requirements, as well as other issues that are well over a year old, and this makes it hard to assess where we are. We need a strategy that will help us close as many of the old github issues as we can. Which ones do we intend to satisfy by the end of our charter? Which ones could be satisfied with a *brief* extension (3 months) to the charter? Which should be removed entirely or kicked down the road to a later version?
