Actually, I prefer not to assume entailments, because in general I think they are not used/implemented. I also think that they are often not understood. So if this vocabulary includes some functionality based on entailments that needs to be expressed very clearly. I have not yet encountered a profile that has functionalized entailments from its base vocabularies.
