Re: [dxwg] Profile Guidance doc Abstract

I'm liking this statement from @rob-metalinkage in #290:
"There will be potentially many more profiles across application domains than distinct encodings, as profiles are simple content rules scoped to communities of practice, whereas encodings require software clients to be implemented."

We could rework this to talk about the difference between encodings and profiles in the introduction or abstract (#417). Something like:
"Profiles are distinct from encodings; they are content rules scoped to communities of practice, whereas encodings require software clients to be implemented. There may not be a one-to-one correspondence between encodings and profiles, but there should be clear relationships designated between profiles and the encodings that implement them."
