The minutes from the CNEG meeting yesterday are at https://www.w3.org/2018/10/10-dxwgcneg-minutes.html We spent most of the meeting discussing the progress towards FPWD. The goal is that we should be able to vote at the meeting in Lyon. Further we decided to keep the current time slot at 20:00 UTC despite any changes in DST (all seem quite happy!).
