@kcoyle - please identify exactly what issues in the profiles ontology you
feel are not covered by existing Use Cases.

The main one I am aware of is that the profiles ontology is more closely
scoped to dct:Standard than just the data exchange Use Cases - it would in
fact be competent to describe profiles of policies, battery pack
connections or service level agreements . Obviously we can't enumerate all
of these, and identifying what constraints languages diffierent domains
would need would be hard for us to do. (I do not propose adding Use Cases,
but I will strongly push back against artificial narrowing of the scope and
repeating the experiences of DCAT and many other ontologies whose main
revision tasks are often loosening domain restrictions.)
