Note that we could also use dct:hasFormat which, in spite of its name, means "A related resource that is substantially the same as the pre-existing described resource, but in another format." So if the same resource/object/thing is available in multiple formats (like DOCX/ODT or SVG/PNG) you can indicate that they are the same content in a different serialization/format.
