@kcoyle In my reading, `prof:Profile` is on the same level as `dcat:Dataset` and `prof:ResourceDescriptor` is on the level of `dcat:Distribution`, with `prof:hasArtifact` being the equivalent of `dcat:downloadURL`. I see no reason that we could not add more properties to `prof:ResourceDescriptor`, adding things like title, description and licence to it. I do think that we need a new name for it.
