An important fact that needs to be associated with the dataset is an identifier for the funding instrument-- i.e. the grant number. Can a grant be a prov:Agent? DataCite v4 model is a good template: a fundingReference (class) has properties funderName, funderIdentifier, awardNumber, and awardTitle.
