This has largely superceded the "what is a profile" issue - and I think we have a convergence around the abstract model proposed. @kcoyle points out that we still need to work on messaging for some audiences, and as editor I'm always happy to help facilitate proposed improvements in wording - probably need these raised as specific issues in place in the documents to discuss and progress - so the process has to be first see if such issues exist in place, create if missing, then move them towards a proposed improvement. This issue has done its job by teasing out feedback, supporting a discussion and reaching consensus that we have a position that does seem to make sense.
