Re: 403 errors was: Re: DCAT Subgroup meeting w/c 29th Oct 2018

Great, thanks. Looking at it I can see that we repeatedly asked rrsagent
to make logs public, and that didn't happen. It could be that we didn't
get trackbot configured, but I don't know why that would matter. I also
see that trackbot has a way to connect our "ad hoc" channels to #dxwg
although I don't know what that will do for us:

trackbot and channels

Trackbot will usually already be on your Working Group IRC channel. If
it's not there, invite it in your IRC client:

/invite trackbot #channelname

If you invite trackbot to a channel that isn't already associated with a
Tracker, you can use another channel's settings. After trackbot joins
the channel, an authorized user (e.g., W3C Team) can say:

trackbot, associate this channel with #mainchannel

(from https://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/irc)

I'm willing to try this with a dummy meeting. Would that cause any problems?
