W3C is making plans for its main meeting this year, which will be in Lyon, France: TPAC 2018 22 - 26 October 2018 Lyon, France https://www.w3.org/2018/10/TPAC/Overview.html We can reserve times to meet there, as we did in Burlingame. Our deadline for giving the W3C organizers our need for time is April 27. This just came through and I haven't had time to discuss it with Peter and Dave, but I wanted to give a heads up to the group.
