dcat:landingPage is essentially an alias for foaf:page in the context of dcat:Dataset. The goal appears to be to allow a link to a page which would list available distributions for a Dataset. I wonder if it would be better to make that intention more explicit by making the range a more specific class, like "dcat:DistributionList".
