Only saw Simon in the WebEx and three different people in the IRC, but not note taking chatting.  I must have missed something via email about joining today’s meeting. I’m out of town next week, so will have to miss that as well.

Note that we agreed to meet weekly in plenary through March, and will
move to every-other-week beginning in April. Subgroups will continue to
meet on their schedule of choice. Additional plenary meetings can be
requested if needed.
