DCAT sub-group meeting 208-06-14

A select group met today for a very productive meeting with the following highlights:

1. Accepted Riccardo’s proposal for a hook for quality information, and encouraged him to complete the description of service quality to complement dataset quality currently visible in https://¯rawgit.com/¯w3c/¯dxwg/¯dcatQualityRelatedInformationIssue57Riccardo/¯dcat/¯index.html#quality-information close #57, keep #58 open pending resolution of #252

2. Agreed to retain the current axiomatization (and naming) for *URL properties and align endpointURL with these; add property-chain axiom relating accessURL to endpointURL. Close #249, keep #124, #126 open pending updates to scope-notes

3. Some discussion on ‘loosely structured catalogues’ solution. More thought needed on risks and possible constraints needed on dataset membership predicate.
