A couple of comments:

1. Peter's and my regrets have not be recorded in the minutes :(

2. About the actions on drafting examples of the use of dct:relation (and other relationships), I explained in [1] how these are used in the JRC Data Catalogue - which therefore can provide some of those examples.

The main item of discussion was further exploration of the proposed solution to UC #256 https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/256
It was suggested that perhaps another class is needed in DCAT - dcat:File - but the relationship between that and the more refined types already available (dcat:Distribution, dcat:Dataset, dct:Standard, dctype:Text) is not clear.

The team agreed that the next action is some worked examples with various degrees of precision/sophistication.
