dr-shorthair has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == Dataset relations simon == Add dct:relation and sub-properties dct:references, dct:requires, dct:hasPart to dcat:Dataset Make dcat:distribution a sub-property of dct:relation These changes are a proposed resolution for UC #256 and issue #253 per [discussion in DCAT meeting 2018-06-14](https://www.w3.org/2018/06/14-dxwgdcat-minutes#item06) This PR is on the stack but should not be merged until #256 has been formally accepted by the DXWG, and the proposed solution has been further discussed and accepted by the DCAT team.
