@rob-metalinkage I am not saying we can't revisit thinking but in my opinion we should only do that if there are clear use cases that cannot be handled with the current approach. Maybe I am misreading this but it sounds to me that something that "_simply becomes a functional requirement for catalogs of DCAT records_" might mean that existing catalogues need to be upgraded if this constitutes a new requirement that didn't exist before.
