@dr-shorthair as you asked some time ago, people from Agentschap Informatie Vlaanderen have come up with this [use case](https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/files/1927066/dcat-ucr-other-resource-types.html.txt) to make the requirement to have datasets, series, services and documents in the same Catalog more explicit.
