One important matter: a proposed change to the DCAT ED was introduced as
https://‌github.com/‌w3c/‌dxwg/‌pull/‌183 - it merely notes the agreement to
expand scope of DCAT catalogue see resolutions 3-6 from

However, that resolution was after the resolution to move the ED to FPWD.
Nevertheless, the DCAT team agreed that it would be best if this was
included in the version of the document published by W3C as FPWD – see

So we now make a request to the DXWG full group to accept this ‘friendly
amendment’ from the DCAT team, with respect to the FPWD. Any objections? 

 

After that, most of the discussion was about license, the options provided
by formal rights expressions (ODRL), and finally resolving the issue about
where licenses are attached (Distributions, not Datasets). 

Now Makx will learn some Git flow …
