Re: Meeting Monday, October 9

Hi All,

I have extended the doodle poll with the one hour slot that was missing
to overlap with 19:00-23:00 UTC and also added an extra one after that.

I am not in favour of reducing the Doodle poll to the window 19:00-23:00
UTC, as personally, this would mean that I would not be available most
of those times. However, if most people think that is the best approach,
we can try that.

Instead, maybe we should consider alternate times every week - even if
this is an organisational challenge, it might be the best way for
everyone to be able to participate.

If necessary, we can delete the current doodle poll and start again. I
will leave Karen and Caroline to lead this discussion.

Many thanks,

Alejandra
