vCard and FOAF?

In relation to the current draft [1], have you considered simply allow both FOAF and vCard to be used for people and organisations based properties?

It seems slightly strange to limit vCard just for the Contact Point property, when it can express the Creator and Publisher as well.
And FOAF can also express the Contact Point.
