Hi,

Re-iterating an earlier recommendation, I do like the first paragraph of Wikipedia's article on technical standards:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technical_standard
This could fit well in our context.
But if people prefer the DC one I can of course perfectly live with it.
