Re: Today's milestone, one more hurdle to go

This is the most comprehensive implementation report I've seen.  Thank you
Bernadette, Newton, and Caroline for all your tireless efforts and being so
generous sharing your time and talent!  Thank you Hadley, Deirdre and Phil
for your leadership, energy, and positive encouragement all along the way.

Best wishes to our whole working group with the reviews and
congratulations!  Now I'm off to the American Geophysical Union in San
Francisco to brag about all the good W3C Data Activity work!
