Bernadette and I are making final minor editorial changes including
addressing our outstanding issue (just really a minor word smithing  of how
we define UsageTool).  The other outstanding work is double checking the
definitions for some of the properties, a few of them as Berna as pointed
out are somewhat vague and need to be clarified.  There is also a note I
owe back to the OKFN to let them know the changes are in place that they
requested to acknowledge how the DUV can be used with other alternative
vocabularies.
