It's ok, but I'd recommend to add a language tag on the label. Perhaps even add a Portuguese label?
It's always nice to show good practice for multilingualism.

It seems fine.
Repeating an earlier comment, I think you could also bold dct:issued and dct:publisher (and add comment in the text about them). To me they also add information relevant for the Why of that BP "the origin or history of the dataset".
