Recommended approach for future DUV related work...

DWBP WG Chairs and working group,

According to the timeline the DUV as a technical note is essentially
completed.  I did want to call to your attention a "Future Work" section
recently added to the document [1].  The future work in part is covered in
our timeline [2].  As a part of the timeline we are recommending
internationalizing the DUV for a near term objective and longer term also
pursuing a W3C DUV Community Group.

If there are any concerns about this approach let us know.  I certainly
don't want to break protocol, and I do want to see these activities move
forward in some way.
