Data usage model review:  As discussed in our working group, duv:Usage is a subclass of oa:Annotation. Two types of annotation are being considered:  Notes (procedures, readme etc) and at some level a man page if usage (e.g. duv:ToolUsage) is describing a tool that can consume the duv:Entity.
