Hi Christophe,

The requirement (R-Archive) that you use in "BP:  Use a trusted
serialisation format for preserved data dumps" was removed from the
UCR doc. Could you please try to find another requirement to replace
this one?

If you can't find another requirement, then we have two options:

1. Remove the BP
2. Find out why R-Archive was removed and try to bring it back
